The New Vision Wilderness Leadership Team works in the office and in the field.  Jen and Adam may
answer your phone calls, or lead a trip.  We are proud of our Leadership Team and their ability to help
ensure a safe, effective and fulfilling experience for our clients.
Keith Bohlin, our Education Coordinator and Instructor. Keith, a certified
Wilderness First Responder and Lifeguard, earned a Bachelors of Science in
Education at Illinois State University. He has experience working with
youth in both classroom and wilderness settings - covering almost every age
from elementary through high school. He spent a couple years as a camp
counselor in the Colorado Rocky Mountains and spent last year as a youth
counselor/teacher for a therapeutic, wilderness-based, alternative school
in North Carolina. He is excited to bring his professional knowledge, passion
for working with youth, and outdoor enthusiasm to the Midwest.

Adam Eader, our Field Director  has been with NVW since 2008. Adam, a
certified teacher, has worked in the midwest wilderness for years as a
winter camping guide and wilderness trip leader, including extreme
winter trips in the Minnesota boundary waters.  Adam studied English,
Creative Writing, and Adventure Education Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
Adam is a Wilderness First Responder and lifeguard, as well as a NVW
Adventure Mentor and outdoor enthusiast.  Adam once solo hiked the
entirety of the Ice Age Trail in Wisconsin. Adam has a passion for helping
teens.

and Wilderness

experienced team!
The Leadership Team
Renae Ebert, our Office Manager and Instructor, has a degree in
Psychology (with a Child and Youth Care Emphasis) and Spanish from the
University of Wisconsin, La Crosse. Renae is a recent addition to the
NVW team. In the past few years she has been a secretary, a Spanish
teacher, a High Ropes Coordinator, and a camp counselor.  Renae is
looking forward to supporting the vital work of NVW.
