The New Vision Wilderness Leadership Team works in the office and in the field. Jen and Adam may
answer your phone calls, or lead a trip. We are proud of our Leadership Team and their ability to help
ensure a safe, effective and fulfilling experience for our clients.

Adam Eader, BA our Education Director has been with NVW since 2008.
Adam, a certified teacher, has worked in the midwest wilderness for
years as a winter camping guide and wilderness trip leader, including
extreme winter trips in the Minnesota boundary waters. Adam studied
English, Creative Writing, and Adventure Education Wisconsin-Stevens
Point. Adam is a Wilderness First Responder and lifeguard, as well as a
NVW Adventure Mentor and outdoor enthusiast. Adam once solo hiked
the entirety of the Ice Age Trail in Wisconsin. Adam has a passion for
helping teens.

| Our staff have years of experience and are trained to help teens struggling with emotional, behavioral, or psychological issues. All leaders pass a background check. Each trip also has a certified Lifeguard and Wilderness First Responder. |

Amy Josi, Office Manager. Amy comes to NVW with a wealth of
knowledge in operating a successful office environment. She has spent
most of her career working in the corporate world, however Amy is Red
Cross volunteer as well as a volunteer Police Reserve. Amy, a mother and
connect parents and professionals to NVW services.
