NVW Job Posting: Admissions Counselor and Marketing Coordinator
New Vision Wilderness is currently a seeking full or part-time Admissions Counselor and Outreach
Representative. Our business office is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
NVW is a wilderness therapy company with office located in Milwaukee and Medford, WI. We
offer adventure and experiential therapy for teens and young adults. We are a dynamic and
growing small business that is owner operated. This is a new position.
The successful candidate will be:
• Self-motivated, energetic and efficient;
• Self-confident along with formal presentation skills; and
• Self-reliant, develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with the company's growth
goals and desired clientele.
Required Skills/Experience:
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Social Work/Psychology or in related field. Masters
preferred.
• Proven experience in Marketing, Admissions, or Mental Health Field
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Current automobile insurance.
• Ability to reach sales goals and ensure completion of paperwork in due time.
• Strong communication, written and verbal skills.
• Dynamic, sharp and passionate.
• Verifiable work history, preferably with customer service and sales experience in related field
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to handle pressure professionally and effectively.
•Outdoor enthusiasts encouraged to apply.
Must be willing and able to travel at least 50% of time. Must be able to pass a Background
Criminal Investigation. Must hold a valid Wisconsin Driver's License with clean driving record.
