Service Projects with New Vision Wilderness.
Our wilderness trips integrate group Service Projects. These projects offer participants an excellent
opportunity to give to the community, increase self-worth through collaborative leadership and hard
work, and increase the quality of the areas we travel through.
Service projects include trail up-keep and maintenance, bridge building, and other rewarding
experiences. Service projects combine group planning and teamwork, hands-on experience, and
satisfaction of completion.
Service projects are an excellent opportunity to earn Community Service Hours, and are coordinated
with both the National Forest Service and the Ice Age Park and Trail Foundation, Inc.
"I know of no more encouraging fact than the unquestionable ability of man to elevate his life by conscious endeavor."
-Henry David Thoreau
