The New Vision Wilderness Support Team is the backbone of NVW. These team members work
behind the scenes in ensuring that our programs run in an effective and organized manner.

| Our staff have years of experience and are trained to help teens struggling with emotional, behavioral, or psychological issues. All leaders pass a background check. Each trip also has a certified Lifeguard and Wilderness First Responder. |

The Support Team
Amy Josi, Office Manager. Amy comes to NVW with a wealth of knowledge
in operating a successful office environment. She has spent most of her
career working in the corporate world, however Amy is Red Cross volunteer
as well as a volunteer Police Reserve. Amy, a mother and wife, is excited to
be part of the NVW team and really enjoys helping connect parents and
professionals to NVW services.

Warren Peterson. Field Support Specialist. Warren is a self taught wilderness
wanderer and naturalist. Born and raised on a farm in southern Wisconsin. He has
traveled the creeks, rivers, lakes, woods, and field hunting, fishing, trapping and
just learning from nature. His interests are always growing, including photography,
wood carving, knife making, reading, writing for magazines, canoeing, kayaking,
camping, amateur archeology, as well as anything else that peaks his interest.
He's been married for 30+ years and has two boys. He loves to teach others what
he knows whether by example or direct instruction.
